Prosper, a crosschain prediction app with working platform and ridiculously low cap
Back in december I came across a small project called Prosper. #Prosper is a prediction market project, just like augur, only much, much better. First of all i'll precise that I am not a member of the project. I'm just smone who does his homeworks and likes to help :) I looked into it superficially and it seemed there was potential so I kept an eye on it until public sale. That is until they canceled public sale to replace it with a mining event, essentially putting their prediction platform to live testing. I decided to participate and mine $PROS. That's when I got convinced this had tremendous potential. I’ll let you hop onto their platform at beta.prosper.so to check by yourself how predictions work, it’s pretty straightforward. You choose a pool amongst the proposed (currently BNB and ETH, many more to come) and predict whether the price will be above or below the ticker displayed. There you go, 2 clicks and you’re in. The predictions are currently closed until next event, which should happen soon. So what makes me think it’s just a wonder in the making? here is what:
1. The team:
- The team is composed of some of the guys from Prometeus labs (which is a backer of the project btw). Their LinkedIn and twitters are public, they make AMAs etc. We’re dealing with some serious guys, settled in the crypto industry for years. - More importantly, their mindset is what convinced me. They’re very focused on delivering their roadmap and more, seem to have a clear picture of where they want their product to go, and how to get there. They also have a good understanding of the tokenomics mechanisms of 2021 cryptos and understand the interest of creation and retention of value in the $PROS token.
2. The investors and backers:
You’ll find a list on the website, but the project seems to have very strong backing, from Prom labs ofc, but also from all the other projects they are working with such as chainlink, Polkadot, Matic etc. And then there is Binance, which is not officially listed, but it is clear to me that they are supporting as a part of the BSC ecosystem. I mean, what project gets listed on Binance when it’s like 3 weeks old ? because yeah , Prosper is listed on Binance already. Also the team is connected through Prometeus labs that has had its own token $PROM listed for years. I would also highlight that their TG (https://t.me/prosperfi) has already 5k+ people and a growing engaged community. That just does not happen with shitcoin projects.
3. The project:
- The project is at the exact spot I’m seeing this bullrun hit: - Crosschain on many altchains, and mainly BSC which is rocketing atm, but also Polygon (matic) and Polkadot. - DEFI: although prediction markets are still a niche in the DEFI, someone you may know thinks they're deemed to take their share of this run (hint: he created Ethereum). - Non Custodial: You make your predictions and claim your gains straight from / to you own metamask wallet (walletconnect will be implemented). Your keys, your money. Best thing? BSC will let you do that for a few pennies of fees. - The DAO: team will let holders and community participate in the project governance. Will become pretty standard in the future of crypto projects, but we have here a DAO that took a huge decision in the very first week of its existence (see tokenomics section), and that is telling a lot about the strength of the project. - It is alive and kicking: the platform has been launched and ran for several days as a beta. It saw tremendous volume (over 18.5 M USD) and generated over 355k USD in fees in less than 10 days. This is absolutely huge, espetially considering those fees are going back to the treasury, feeding the whole project as well as holders pockets. -The UI is miles ahead of the competition. Let’s you literally place a prediction in two clicks. - It has an open road to capture a good chunck of the Prediciton market: competition is either old news and outdated in technology (augur etc.), or just announced and very far from hitting the market (polkamarket etc.). - It has many features on the roadmap, with the main being a mobile app (coming out soon), and sports bets. The team already leaked in an AMA (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9IB8s6GtVww) that they have secured a partnership with a huge sports betting site. Its is also developing a unique system of bet insurance, and the possibility for holders to open their own custom pools (i.e. be the casino). - The platform is already ported in Chinese. The fact that china is a gambling addict and bet lover country is news to no one. - Last but not least, they just announced that they will keep making mining events every time the project is ported to a new Blockchain, giving the opportunity to users to get the BC’s native token + to pro holders to pocket even more Pros. When does this stop getting better ??
4. The $PROS tokenomics:
- The Max supply is 100M $PROS. The circulating supply is currently about 4.5M. Here is the repartition and unvesting schedule of the supply: Investors: 4.57M Strategic + 3.4M Seed + 0.25M Presale + 2.01M Private : ½ released on UNI listing in Jan.2021 Seed round: 9 months of linear vesting (0,35% / day), starting from April 14th;Strategic round: 6 months of linear vesting, starting from April 14th;Private round: 8 months of linear vesting, starting from April 14th;Presale round: 3 months of linear vesting, starting from April 14th. Marketing: 10M - 3 months lock-up, after — 10% per month. Community funds: 5M - 6 months lock-up, after — 10% per month. Reserves: 15M - Locked for urgent situations, the community will be notified in advance before unlock; Ecosystem: 12M - 6 months lock-up, after — 25% every 3rd month. Team: 13.38M - 1 year lock-up, 1 year linear vesting period; Staking Rewards: 30M - Remain locked until the binary liquidity program an on-chain aggregation launch. As you can see, we’re not having a cliff release, the team actually changed their initial plans to adopt linear unvesting and help protect the price of the token, and avoid dumps. Equally, DAO voted in the very first week to delay the start of unvesting by 2 full months in order to give time for product and features roll out. With a total of 99% yeses on the vote, it means that even investors probably voted to vest their own tokens longer, which means they’re in to support the project on the long term.
5. Use of the Token:
This is a very important part. As already said, team has taken good measures to increase the value and rewards of holding $PROS. Amongst them are mainly the staking (team leaked: very very soon) and Liquidity providing. We don’t have announcement on that yet so I can’t tell more, but I’m feeling it will be huge as part of the fees collected by the platform will be redistributed to the stakers. Another very interesting use is the DAO vote of course, and the future possibility for the holders to create their own prediction pools and earn fees from them. This is just one of the best use case I’ve ever seen for a token. These are just the first and announced reasons to hold PROS, and with such low circulating tokens I’m expecting the demand to ramp up pretty fast. Which is ridiculously low for such project. Main competitor is at 160M, and is way behind on pretty much all topics. It is currently one of the very lowest cap listed on Binance. As for the price ? Although it keeps going up at a reasonable pace, i would say that it has a lot of room to grow upward from the consolidation phase it has had for 2 weeks now. The team announced some staking news for as soon as this week-end, and i'm expecting it to move the price considerably.

Racket Guard Changes
Any old saves that were made before these changes were introduced will keep their previous racket guards until that racket is upgraded or sold and purchased again. Once upgraded or purchased the racket will start using the new guard configs.
With each level of security upgrade the guards will now become much tougher
A new tier of racket guard has been introduced at security upgrade levels 4 and 5
These changes only attribute based. The number of guards has not changed and there has been no changes made to the guard inventories

Gameplay change to safehouses hiding has been pushed.
Safehouses start out as hidden (white buildings you can't interact with)
Discovery chance increases by 1% a week from meeting a faction
Once a month a safehouse discovery chance checked and the safehouse is revealed if the check passes
Diplomacy screen shows your current discovery chance
Taking over that faction's rackets further increases the discovery chance and checks (dynamic percentage based on faction rackets remaining)
Event fires on safehouse being discovered
Guards don't show up outside the safehouse until the safehouse is discovered by the player
Ensuring taking over safehouses correctly assigns lieutenants
Fixed issue with gangsters flagged as “away” being able to be assigned to a safehouse
A good story of using Kindle Fire Kids Edition with 4 year olds
There are lots of problems posted to this subreddit, I thought I would share some of my success with the Kindle Fire 7 and my 4 year old twin girls. Hopefully some here can share their experiences. My girls love the tablets, but I've had to curate the content with an iron fist. Here's how they're set up:
Freetime Unlimited is removed from their profiles.
Web browsing is disabled from their profiles
Movies are disabled from their profiles
My wife's Amazon Prime account can share books through Prime Reading, this has some good children's books such as Pete the cat or the Mr Men books... but the girls rarely open them. They can't read yet.
The app time limit is set to 45m. This lets me force them to get exercise breaks, clean up, take bathroom breaks or just stop without too much trouble. They're used to the tablet locking them out. I extend it from the UI on the tablet itself, else it's not reliable to extend.
What do my girls do with the tablets?
90% of the time they're playing Khan Academy Kids... switching from number games, word games, books, drawing, colouring etc, etc. ... that app is awesome for this age. Without it, I'm not sure they'd like the tablets at all.
PBS Kids "Play and Learn Engineering", they figured it out end to end. It's not very challenging, but it was very good for them to learn to navigate apps on a tablet
They're figuring out how to doodle on camera photos
RV AppStudios ABC Kids - Tracing and Phonics, - I evaluated this game and figured the interest would be short-lived, but the game has "stickers" and "toys" to collect, so the past week they've been obsessed with practicing their alphabet and matching lowercase letters to uppercase, etc to get toys and compare what they have with their sister. Very relevant for the age... although it sounds like they're playing slots in a Vegas casino... which worries me.
I created a children's profile of my own which has the Freetime Unlimited enabled. The Kids+ app on my iPad lets me access the books there to read to them, this has many excellent kids books, this means Freetime Unlimited is not useless to me, particularly since our public library's ebook loans are backed up for 6+Mo due to Covid.
Problems
The wifi doesn't work after the tablet is asleep for an extended period. I have to disable and enable the wifi before handing them their tablets, else it just doesn't work.
Sometimes Khan Academy freezes. Restarting the tablet fixes this. The girls have learned to be patient.
Books are not reliable... it seems like the DRM gets confused. This is true for books which were outright purchased as Kindle Edition or books from Prime. This is a serious disappointment and impossible to explain to a 4 year old. Hopefully it's just temporary.
The fonts are too small when reading books. the 7" displays don't seem to be the issue, even on a full sized iPad with Kids+, the text is small. Zoom is bad on the Kids+ iPad app and *unusable* on the Kindle. This is going to be a serious issue when they start reading on their own.
Parental controls from the dashboard e.g., "disable device" can take 10 minutes to kick in. Useless as a way to "take their tablet away". You'll still have to pull it from their hands while they need to do "one more thing."
What I would like to do
Find an photo app for young children which would engage them to try photography
Find a music app which would let me load songs and let them play them to dance to etc.
Find any game which would let them play head-to-head play. Using the tablet to teach the concept of "rules" and "turns"... I mean Tic-Tac-Toe, or card matching memory games level stuff... these girls are 4.
Find a coding-like app which would get them thinking about coding (I tried Lightbot Jr, they don't get it yet. Not being able to just move the robot with controls seems dumb to them)
Drum machine music making stuff... ( I tried pianos, they kind of like them for a few minutes then get bored)
I strongly suspect I'll be replacing these with iPads when they get older, that will have its own challenges, although at least books will work... but until then, the girls love the tablets and the content is mostly positive and helpful.

Higher Criminal score means not being able to use the legal gunshop but you also get perks like being able to wash money at a better rate, depending. Going to jail will lower this drastically. • Drugs - This skill is gained every time you successfully sell drugs to a local. For every 10% skill, you gain 1% on every drug you sell • Planting - This skill is gained every time you successfully grow something. GANG PERKS The Lost MC guys have as 25% increase on store robbery payouts, called the “Intimidation Factor”. The Mafia have a “No Witnesses” perk which means their gunshots are hidden from police because no locals call the cops on these guys. This is just a couple examples of the custom additions we’ve made. DRUGS The big thing with some cities is that all of their drugs are usually locked to whitelisted orgs. Please, whenever possible, link this post to help out your fellow players. This is best with 2 players, if possible, to maximize profits. You'll need an Arcade, here's a list of all of them. I prefer the Eight Bit Arcade because of its location and accessibility to the Garage, as well as the fact that it makes most preps spawn in the same locations for easier completion of preps.
Here's a list if guides that'll help with getting started with the Diamond Casino Heist:
While doing Casino Heist preps, you can make Lester shut up and show the mission objective faster by giving one of your contacts (Mechanic, Assistant, hell even Brucie) a call, as long as you know the contact you call will pick up the phone and not just leave you ringing.
Tip 2:
[Make sure to call Simeon or Martin and request a job before you start a prep, as you cannot request a job while doing Casino Preps] In some missions you are unable to call Lester and call the cops off of you. During these missions, you can get the cops off of you for free by calling Simeon or Martin and request a job. Once you get the job, join it. AS SOON AS YOU JOIN THE JOB, LEAVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If you don't quit, you run the risk of the Host starting the job and therefore cancelling the heist prep. Once you leave the job, you'll be back in Freemode with no cops on you, and you'll still have your heist prep equipment.
Note:
There are two Access Points that are required for the way I run the heist, in Aggressive and The Big Con (Gruupe Sechs), being the sewer entrance on the right side wall in the first opening, and the tunnel entrance leading into the center of the track.
Scope out the Casino
Look for Artwork and Gold, as they are the best (unless Diamonds are available in the vault. In that case, Diamonds are the best)
Changing vault contents
If you've completed all three approaches (Silent & Sneaky, Aggressive & The Big Con), you'll have unlocked the ability to cancel the Casino Heist by calling Lester. You can use this to cancel the heist if you get Cash, or any Vault Content item you don't want. If you find the Vault contents and get something you don't want, like Cash, you can call Lester while still in the Casino and cancel the heist. Go back to the Arcade and pay the 25k to start the heist again, and you should have a different item for your Vault Contents. This will essentially allow you to get a second Vault Content item by trading 25k to start the heist a second time with about 8 minutes of finding and hacking / killing the Casino Security guy and going to the Casino. If, once again, you get a Vault Content item you don't want, exit the arcade, call Lester & cancel the heist, enter your Arcade, rinse and repeat.
Personally, I cycle between Aggressive and The Big Con (Gruupe Sechs).
Now, because I prefer doing the heist through the Aggressive and The Big Con (Gruupe Sechs) approaches, I have little to no experience doing the Silent & Sneaky approach, and thus will be basing this post off of my personal experience in the other two approaches. Note I'm not going to go into every single prep mission, mandatory or optional as that would take too much time for me. You can look up the rest of the preps on YouTube or Google. I'm only going over my preferred Gunman, Driver, Hacker, the preps that I prefer to do / prefer not to complete, and how I complete the heist.
Aggressive
Gunman: I prefer Patrick MacReary, 8%. I can't remember the other weapon available, but I know he allows you to choose an LMG with 100 round mags. I prefer to use the LMG. You can unlock by finding him in the back of a police van. Take the van to the objective area by following the yellow marker and you'll unlock him. Driver: I prefer Karim Denz, 5%, which has decent vehicles. I prefer the Sentinel Classic. Hacker: I prefer Paige Harris, 9%, which you can unlock by owning a Terrorbyte (which you can unlock by owning a Nightclub).
The preps I prefer to do are:
Unmarked Weapons, Getaway Vehicles, Hacking Device, Thermal Charges, Vault Explosives (I prefer to use a Stromberg while doing this mission), Reinforced Armor, Vault Keycards, Patrol Routes, Duggan Shipments, Security Intel (unlock by owning a penthouse and completing the penthouse missions), and Security Pass. For the Reinforced Armor, I only do this if I have Gold or Diamonds as it slows you down. I also only do this if I am a low level or if I have low level teammates, because low level = low health. If I have Artwork or Cash I don't do this. As for the Boring Machine prep, you don't need to have the Boring Machine to access the sewer. All you need to do is have took a picture of it and sent it to Lester during the Scope Out prep.
The Big Con
Gunman: I prefer Karl Abolaji, 5%. He has access to the Mini Uzi (I forget the in-game name) and the double barrel shotgun. I prefer the Mini Uzi. *You're going to be mostly going up to people and meleeing them / knocking them out instead of shooting them, unless you get caught, then you'll be shooting them. Driver: I prefer Karim Denz, 5%, which has decent vehicles. I prefer the Sentinel Classic. Hacker: I prefer Paige Harris, 9%, which you can unlock by owning a Terrorbyte (which you can unlock by owning a Nightclub).
The preps I prefer to do are:
Unmarked Weapons, Getaway vehicles, Hacking Device, Entry Disguises (2 preps), Vault Drills, Exit Disguise, Vault Keycards, Patrol Routes, Security Intel, and Security Pass. I don't do Duggan Shipments as usually use my weapon to melee / knock out the security guards at the Casino, and since a melee is a one hit one kill, regardless of level of armor they're wearing, I don't usually do this mission. Completing the Yung Ancestor missions allow you to have the Grotti Furia, a supercar, as an extra getaway vehicle, although it spawns in the parking lot which is surrounded by cops. I would not recommend doing this. Again, 2 players are recommended. Start the Heist, get to the Vault. One of you work on the first main room with the big circle table in the centre while the other one will start hacking whichever doors lead to 2 or 3 Artwork or Gold / Diamond / Cash tables. Always go for the rooms that have more than one cart. Tip: With Gold / Diamonds, you cannot sprint / run, you can however trot. If you go into First Person and tap / press and hold whatever your sprint / run button is, you'll see your character's weapon / screen shake, indicating that you're trotting. Doing this in First Person is actually faster than Third Person.
There are two was I like to lose the cops
1, through the sewer, and 2, by helicopter (Helicopter Route) [Disclaimer: This strategy is not recommended if you're trying to get the Elite Challenge, as this will most likely take more than 15 minutes, or however long the given time is.] Once you are out of the Casino, make it to the road. Drive to the sewer opening by the Casino, and if you don't have a car, just run to said sewer opening.
Note:
If you go back the way you came, or anywhere close to the Casino after you lose the cops, you will gain a wanted level again. Proceed through the tunnel. You'll find a metal gate that you have to pass under, a small vent on the right side, and another vent on the left. You'll come across 2 paths. Go up the metal ramp on the left. Proceed all the way down the tunnel and down the escalators and ramp downwards. Cross diagonally over the 2 train tracks into the next tunnel with a dirt floor. You'll find 2 tunnels, left and right. Take either one. You'll find construction, go straight. After this, you'll see a big room. Go straight, take the immediate right and go up the ramps leading to the opening to the highway. A new day, a new guide. This is the hardest one of the guides I wanted to make, because the information is never easy to get, which is weird. So please forgive me if I missed some changes, and by all means tell me if I missed any of them or if any of them are incorrect. Important Notes:
This is made for Ports and Enhanced versions, so No Remakes. So this is about differences between the different versions of Chrono Trigger, and not about the differences between FF7 ps1 and FF7 Remake.
The differences are taken from all over the internet, either from official sources, wikis, youtube, and even forums.
I cover all the changes for a game, unless there is too many, in which case I will highlight the ones worth mentioning.
Nearly identical to the Japan version but with minor fixes in the menu screen. In the Japanese version, Characters not in the party were unable to change or learn skills nor were they able change or remove equipment. The US version allowed out of party members to change and learn skills as well as change or remove equipment without being added to the party. Also in the Japanese version, Lenneth would unequip all her skills and equipment when switching between sword and bow. The US version 'remembers' the previous setting when switching weaponry and is automatically equipped with the skills and equip. Another improvement over the Japanese version is an improved item sorting option. There are a few instances of censoring such as Badrach's smoking.
Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth PSP:
Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth lacks the improvement made in US version. Rather than re-rendering the textures of the dungeon maps, TOSE cropped and upscaled the pre-rendered images to fit the portable console's screen, resulting in severe blurring in some areas. This version also removes the anime opening movie in favor of 3D CGI, animated movie. Certain key story-sequences were animated in the same style as the opening movie and can be viewed at anytime in the Gallery option in the title screen once unlocked in the story. Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth iOS & Andriod:
This is the PSP version being ported to iOS & Andriod, with the following changes:
Enhanced graphics such as character portraits. >* Enhanced Text.
Anime cut scenes created by original character designer Akira Toriyama's Bird Studio and animated by Toei Animation. A new Extra Mode Option was added that is divided into different categories of viewable extras, that are unlocked as you finish the game, and just as shown in the picture, they are:
Theater.
Art Gallery.
Music Box.
Tech Showcase.
Monster Data.
Boss Data.
Endings.
Treasure Map.
Chrono Trigger NDS:
This version includes everything new in the PSX version, and also has big and a long list of changes and additions, which I will try to condense them as much as possible:
Ability to play using the two screens and the touch screen, or in classic mode through a single screen.
Added the Arena of Ages: A monster arena where You pick basic monsters and raise them to fight computer and wireless opponents.
Added the Lost Sanctum: A sidequest during the main game. It consists of two dungeons in two different eras.
Added the Dimensional Vortex: A extra Dungeon, available after beating the game once and appears in three different eras. Each dungeon is different.
A lot of New Items.
New Enemies in the new dungeons, in the form of palette swaps of old enemies.
One New Ending after finishing the Dimensional Vortex completely.
New Translation that changes a lot of names form the original version to something more faithful to the Japanese version.
Chrono Trigger iOS & Android:
Both versions initially were based on the NDS version, but later on got an update to make them similar to the PC version.
Chrono Trigger PC:
Everything on the NDS version is present here except there is No Arena of Ages. What they did add however is:
Unlocking the Galaxy and Universe modes now require defeating a specific number of enemies in a single playthrough rather than unlocking voices in the Voice Collection. >>>* Practically all Combat Skills have been refined, some being removed (such as Cancel, which is now automatically implemented).
The combat system has been slightly refined, now allowing all melee fighters to perform a 3-hit combo as their normal attack.
The Super Specialty "Bunny Call" no longer allows the player to "climb" on towns and some terrains. The player now will enter a town upon approaching while in Bunny Form, and can even activate private actions.
All items in the inventory screen are now depicted as 2D icons instead of the original 3D models.
Many bugs and glitches have been fixed (most notably the infamous random Cave of Trials screen freeze).
Ring of Lightspeed (called Slayer Ring in Second Story) now works on Dias Flac.
New character designs and portraits.
No magic combo mechanic.
Crafting animations are now replaced by a still 2D image.
Star Ocean: Second Evolution PS4 JP.ver:
This enhanced version was released only in Japan on the PS4, with enhanced graphics and BGM, and a DLC that helps you with the gameplay.
This version is only available to purchase in the EU SquareEnix online store as of right now: Battles:
Turbo Mode is now available, and can be toggled on or off while giving orders to unions in battle. When on, battles play out at double the speed.
Crimson Flare, a new Arcana, is now available.
New formations, such as Eremurus Rain, are now available.
Enemies hit considerably harder.
Rare Monsters can have significantly higher HP than their XBOX 360 counterparts.
Arcana require substantially more AP.
Unique Arts now require AP.
Remnant Arts can only be performed by union leader, Weapon Arts now require high union morale.
Offensive Weapon Arts now increase morale when used.
Additionally, Arcana and offensive Special Arts now raise morale by a fixed amount.
Likewise, certain Enemy Arts now lower morale by a fixed amount.
Wards now affect the entire union.
Attributes required for formation upgrades are vastly different.
Healing no longer raises morale, and morale increased by Critical Hits has been dramatically reduced.
Union morale now fluctuates based on more conditions (IE: taking an action, successfully landing a hit, receiving damage, etc.). In the X360 version, union morale stayed somewhat static, usually changing when being healed, being KO'd/terminated, executing a successful Critical Trigger. It also did not drop to 0 whenever an offensive Special Art was executed, whereas it will do so on the PC.
Linking additional enemies together does not increase your Battle Rank further than having fought them separately.
Special commands, such as the use of David's Gae Bolg, are no longer interrupted by being raidlocked by a different union or having targeted enemy union defeated by an ally.
Allies now have the option to cure a friendly union's Curse status ailment via "Cure them even if it kills them!" command. This command is in the XBOX 360 version as well, but is only available when the union is Enthralled; it will not be available when the union is cursed.
Items:
Items are color-coded in the PC version, and a new preview feature lets you see what the item looks like in battle.
You can now toggle between viewing the stats of a weapon or shield and viewing a preview of what it looks like in battle.
Components and consumables are now categorized.
Items are now color-coded based on their rarity.
Creation or customization of some items require fewer components.
New items available via Blueprint 4.
Various weapon stats have changed.
Some very rare monster-specific drops can now be split from monsters (e.g., Godwood Timber, Spiritwood Timber).
Units:
The leader limit is no longer imposed. Unions can be composed entirely of leader units if the player desires.
Likewise, soldiers can now be set as union leaders.
The stat cap has been lifted for all characters to allow a maximum of 255 for each stat.
The Seven are now recruitable after completing Union of the Golden Chalice Task #70: For Our Lord.
Rush can now be removed from the active party.
Khrynia can learn the new Unique Art Dual Snowpetal.
Arts can be disabled, filtering which skills a unit may use in combat.

The experience required to advance Wield Style skills has been reduced, and the experience required to advance Weapon Type skills has been increased.
Three new classes are now available: Ataraxian, Cleric, and Ninja.
The Guardian, Fencer, and Warrior classes now require non-sovani wield styles, and are thus not available to Sovani.
The Gladiator class now requires Power Grip and Wards.
Hybrid classes (Item+Combat and Mystic+Combat) can now be achieved by units who do not start in one.
Some leaders now have a different weapon upgrade path, which caused some units to learn new Weapon Arts while others lost theirs.
Leaders can request weapons that do not coincide with their weapon upgrade path as long as they match their equipped weapon type and size.
Soldiers can now request weapon drops.
Some units have had their starting Unit BR level, stats, class, equipment, arts, and hiring wage changed.
Sidequests:
The completion of At Hatred's End is no longer required in order to activate Things Unchangeable.
Duke of Ghor now has a … icon when you speak with him between the first, third, and fifth base battles.
The component requirements in The Assistant have lowered.
The DLC content is now unlocked differently; the majority of the extra content now requires the completion of certain guild tasks.
The Leader Extraordinaire guild tasks which required three units of a single class now only require one.
The Monsterslayer guild tasks require different enemies to be defeated.
New Game Plus and Hard Mode: After the epilogue and credits, you can now save your game. When you're taken back to the main menu, you can load this save to begin a new playthrough that carries over certain elements from your previous playthrough. The PC version will warn you if you cannot leave an area without a fight.
Auto Save is now available, which automatically saves after having changed zones or having won a battle.
Battle Rank is now viewable outside of combat, in the party menu.

Characters with … icons are now identified with markers on the map.

Cutscenes support voice acting in both languages, but skits only have voice acting in Japanese. If you select English, you will just see the subtitles during skits. This is not a porting issue, as this is just how the GameCube version was.
While the original GameCube version ran at 60fps, the Japanese PS2 port which the PS3 Chronicles HD version is based off of ran at 30fps. The Steam version can run at 40FPS.
Random encounters occur less frequently and load considerably faster than the Dreamcast version, and EXP offered per battle is adjusted to compensate.
Graphically, the game sports mild improvements to character models, most noticeably adding individual fingers to the designs. The modifier volume shadows and (weirdly enough) point-mipmapping from the original release are still present.
One of the new sidequests available is Bounty Hunting. Sailor's Guilds offer information about each person on the bounty list as they are unlocked through story progression. After reading about them, they can be found in a constant location.
There are a number of new discoveries to be found.
A whole additional epilogue has been added, The Answer. This chapter is only available in one difficulty setting, which is supposed to be on par with Persona 3's Hard mode.

The Desert of Doors from the Abyss of Time seen in The Answer will still appear, however, in an extra feature known as the Vision Quest. In this mode, the party can fight stronger incarnations of the Full Moon shadow bosses — save for Arcana Magician — and partake in special battles that test the party's abilities. When all of the battles have been successfully met, a second optional boss can be fought: Margaret, Igor's assistant in Persona 4 and guardian of the Desert of Doors in P3P.
There are now two overworld save points; Aside from the log book in the Iwatodai Dormitory, there is also one on the main character's desk at school.
In Paulownia Mall, the police station is now the only place where the protagonist can buy equipment and sell items. Aohige Pharmacy is now a buy-only store, and Be Blue V is just a part-time work site and hangout to improve the main character's condition
From previous versions, two difficulty modes have been added: Beginner and Maniac alongside Easy and Normal in Persona 3 and Hard in Persona 3 FES:
A new tactic, "Direct," has been added to the game, allowing control of the party members, unlike Persona 3 and Persona 3 FES.
The "Wait" command is replaced with the "Defense" command, and will decrease the damage and any knockdown effects of the next attack the user suffers.
The game grants "1 More" to a combatant who attacks multiple enemies not knocking all of them down; the original Persona 3 required all hit enemies to be knocked down for a 1 more.
Party members who have been knocked down no longer spend the turn by getting up and can act as soon as they stand.
Upon landing a critical hit or striking an enemy's weakness, party members can follow up with a co-op attack.
Fusion Spells from the original Persona 3 are now activated from items instead of equipping a persona and selecting it like other spells.
Allies can now take a fatal blow to the protagonist for them if they are able.
"Dizzy" has been added as a status effect.
Returning to the main lobby in Tartarus no longer automatically restores the party, and must now be done for a fee via the save point (this cost varies based on the date in-game and status effects currently inflicted on the party)
Floors can be directly returned to from the entrance of Tartarus instead of being restricted to the restore point like previous versions.
"Tired" status no longer is inflicted during Tartarus exploration, and is inflicted to all used party members after leaving (this will only drop to "Good" if the character used was at "Great" during exploration).
Unlike previous versions, money found by party members when split up will now be given to the protagonist.
Party members' equipment and status can now be accessed at any time from the pause menu, unlike in previous versions, which required the protagonist to speak to them while exploring Tartarus in order to change their equipment or view their status.
You can now control Party members directly.
The protagonists only have access to one weapon type (instead of having access to all weapon types like in P3 and FES); the male protagonist wields one-handed swords, and the female protagonist wields naginatas. As a result, the Skills "Fist Master," "Bow Master," "1hdSwdMaster" and similar skills have all been combined into a single skill called "Weapons Master." Its skill card is called "Phys Boost," and all Personas which had learned a "master" ability (like Cybele with Bow Master) now learn "Weapons Master."
Personas now have the ability to produce a Skill Card when raised to a specific level. Each card can be used on any Persona to teach them a skill.
The Inari Sushi in Naganaki Shrine no longer grants random bonuses for item gaining and Tartarus explorations. Instead, it offers to duplicate Skill Cards, which will take 5 days to complete

Many magick spells and technicks have been tweaked, renamed and recategorized.
Obtaining Quickenings no longer affects max MP and Mist charges do not diminish when MP is consumed (unless the player is affected by a reversed Elixir or Megalixir). The player's MP is also unaffected by the depletion of Mist charges. However, effects that recover the player's MP will also restore Mist charges. One Mist charge is granted each time the amount recovered totals the player's maximum MP. Effects that fully restore a player's MP recover all Mist charges.
You can now fully control Espers, they also require MP to cast magicks
Almost all attacks now break the 9999 damage limit from the original by default.
New items have been added, such as Cura Mote, Bubble Mote, Domaine Calvados, Baltoro Seed, Dark Energy and various Meteorites.
Bacchus's Wine now has 100% chance of inflicting Berserk (previously it was 50%).
Several equipment pieces were added, while some available in the original release were removed or tweaked.
New Weapons added.
Most shops had their assortments changed. Many weapons are now available from shops earlier because of the job system, and were thus made weaker.
Treasures respawn by moving just one area away as opposed to two. Treasures were moved around, changed the items they can give, or were removed altogether. The "forbidden chest" concept was removed, that in the original prevented the player from obtaining the Zodiac Spear in Necrohol of Nabudis if they opened a wrong treasure.
Dark Matter can no longer be acquired from the bazaar, and selling the ingredients needed to make it in the original will result in making the Dark Energy instead. The Dark Energy is an item that does not charge up with Knot of Rust or Devour Soul and always deals 50,000 damage to each enemy in range.
Treasure chests are now in different locations and contain different items.
There are more traps throughout the map.

The map has been moved to the main screen and can be removed and resized with the press of a button (the Switch has only one screen) or by using the touch screen icon.
The teleport spell has been mapped to a dedicated button. It can still be used from the touch screen.
You can now change the voice acting language between English and Japanese.

The following list is a compilation of all the wish lists and features that TDU fans including me have said so far... would be bonkers if they really read this mate! These features are not in TDU2 but were available in TDU1 ... And we suggest to re-add them in TDU3 .
Immersive Dynamic Audio System : In TDU unlike TDU 2 you can hear the ambient audios when driving ... This makes the whole world of TDU bloody immersive !! While in TDU2 the ambient sounds stop playing when you drive your car faster than 45 KM/h or so . Comparing to TDU1 TDU2's audio has never been immersive and its Audio system worsened it. The only good thing in terms of the TDU2's Audio is the sound effects in the safe houses! TDU 1 > TDU2 in terms of Audio !
Thechillaxingsituation : Unlike The Crew game TDU is NOT an Adrenaline-Intense game ... This game should not be about intense jumps nor unrealistic stunts ... it would be pretty alien for TDU atmosphere if you guys add these too arcade stuff . TDU has never been a simulator and it should not be but don't make TDU3 a too childish arcade game IMO ... Getting points for ridiculous jumps and weird stunts doesn't fit TDU !!!!
Keyboard H-Gate + Clutch only for the cars that have manual gearbox in real life : TDU1 has "H-Gate and Clutch" option for Keyboard and Joystick users ... You had to use hacking/Key-mapping tools to get the gearing and using the clutch to work in TDU2 ... We don't want that . We want TDU3 to feature a clutch key just like TDU1
More detailed Audio Settings : Unlike TDU2 TDU1 had way more detailed audio settings system and I actually use all of them to make the TDU1 world more immersive !
MP3 and M3U support : TDU1 lets you add M3U files and playlists to your custom radio station! The custom radio station is useful and easier than playing a music in an external app !!
Longer & more populated tyre smoke : Unlike the shambles particle system of TDU2 , TDU1 has a better and kind of brilliant tyre smoke FX ... The tyre smoke last longer in the air and it just looks better in TDU1 !!!!
More options in Photography mode : Unlike TDU2 TDU1 has many more controls in the Photography mode ... You can add filters hide driver change date and weather... would be handy to recycle those for TDU3 !
Start button : In TDU ( unlike TDU2 ) you can start your car by pressing a key . This made the game a bit more realistic than TDU2 :]
The fast camera transition mode : In TDU 1 you can change the transition speed of the camera by holding the C ( Camera ) key I found it super handy :]
The additional camera modes : In TDU 1 there is a camera mode that changes its FOV based on the speed of your car. And I found myself using that camera mode a lot and missed it in TDU2. Would be fancy if you also add a Cinematic Camera mode ( just the like GTA's ) as well !
Hardcore mode / G-Metre : I am not a big fan of the hardcore mode of TDU but it made that old arcade physics system a bit challenging and refreshes the game after a while . Plus that game-play mode never interfered in Multiplayer ... !
Various weather options : TDU1 has more weather settings than TDU2 would be great to include more weather options like rain rainbows overcast semi-cloudy extra sunny stormy windy ... :]
Realistic road lines and road signs: You literally could use the road lanes and road signs in TDU1 unlike in TDU2 . not to mention that the road lanes of the roads of TDU1 actually have meanings !!!!
Floating leaves, newspaper and other particles : Unlike TDU2 You could see leaves and newspapers and leafs floating around . That feature is pretty fancy enough to add to TDU3 for more immersion :]
Ship sounds : In TDU We could hear sounds from ships
Radio off by turning the volume to zero : In TDU ( unlike TDU2 ) you could just turn off the radio if you set the radio vol to zero. TDU2 missed this feature !!!!
Real dead-end roads : The asphalt road of TDU2 is way unfinished than TDU1 and we don't want that for TDU3. For example in TDU2 you could drive to a deadend road where the asphalt suddenly goes from asphalt to literal nothing . You can add dirt or broken asphalt effect to the roads to make them more realistic !
Wind/Sound distortion : In TDU ( unlike TDU2 ) you can hear the wind / Sound distortion . Would be wicked to re-add this feature in TDU3
Faster UI : The UI system of TDU2 is too slow while TDU1 has a better UI system in terms of the transition speed !!!!
Windows affect audio sound : When closing / opening car windows in TDU1 the sound would change accordingly
The electricity lines movement : When it is windy the lines shake quickly in TDU1 !!!!
Realistic and way detailed car data sheets : The car data sheet of the car dealers and the garage is more detailed and informative than TDU2 making TDU1 a bit more serious driving game
Tachometer : I could easily tell which car is my favourite with that feature ! also I imagined engine oil change timing and stuff like that ... don't judge me lol!
Realistic gauges : Each of the cars in TDU1 has their own realistic gauge !!!!
Physics system : Last but not least I have to mention the physics system although they're gonna use a much better one anyway . TDU1 physics was ace if you compare it to the one for TDU2 !!!
So these were the quirks and features that were in TDU1 unlike TDU2 . And we think those must be in TDU3 too .
These features were later added to TDU2 and we think it is wicked to see them back in TDU3 !
On foot : Playing the character on foot for some scenes made the game more immersive!
Hairstylists : Going to a barbershop and modifying player's hairstyle I suggest to add more long hairstyle options as well as wigs !!!!
Face lifting : TDU1 and TDU2 both let you modify player's face however in TDU2 you can go to a clinic and it is wicked !!!
Various clothing items : In TDU2 there are more items to choose like hats and stuff . which is good to be frank !!!!
House Modification : There is a feature to customise the house to make'em feel more homie pretty neat . Definitely suggest to re-add this feature in TDU3 !
Weather forecast : You can switch on the TV to see the weather forecast was great and had good UI also !
Day/Night cycle : Although it is better than only-day cycle I'd say shorten the night cycle and have more daylight :]
Detailed house tour : In TDU1 there is a house tour feature but in TDU2 that is more detailed in Real Estate agencies !!!!
Casino : How would you be able to pretend you're rich but can't do what rich people do?! Casinos should be in TDU3 . The cut scenes should also be there !!!!
Rain : Rain effects in TDU2 are okay at least it is better than nothing!
Off Road : SUVs and offroad settings in TDU2 is a good idaea perhaps TDU3 would have it .
Timed missions : the one-time missions the ones that you can't retry later if you either miss them or do them are great to once again be in TDU3 . However I'd say add more variety so that they won't look repetitive !!!!
Road Exploration Score : The more you drive the more score you get which in return gives you ability to buy more items . That TDU2 idaea forces players to explore and learn the map :]
Landscape Exploration Score : There are landmarks that player can take a photo and get more exploration ( or "discovering" iirc ) score . This also makes players to be more familiar with Hawaii or Ibiza . Good stuff for TDU3 also !
Abandoned car parts : The "Barn find" feature is a great mini game for TDU2 TDU3 needs this for sure !
Ocean and beach with better graphics : The graphics of ocean in TDU2 has sea foam and depth in it the beaches are more detailed too !!!!
Sticker and livery shop : The decal / sticker / livery shop in TDU2 is good an updated version would also be good for TDU3 :]
Second handed car dealers : You've gotta use those cars to get the fancy Yacht quicker !
Retractable car roofs: Not sure why but when it was sunny in the game I had to remove the roof and vise-versa! Gotta love doing it again in TDU3 !
Blinkers : Using them did not affect the traffic cars in TDU2 but perhaps in TDU3 this also could be a thing ?!!!
Car Details : Gearing animation Wing and spoiler animation etc etc etc !!!!
Car damage : TDU1 did not have car damage TDU2 had fake damage, I'd expect TDU3 to have a better damage simulation . something like soft-body would be bloody wicked!!!!!
Car wash : car washes with more realistic characters and animation would be nice to have in TDU3 !!!!!
Fishes, those cats and the small details : TDU2 sometimes looked more immersive because of the smaller details that weren't in TDU1 . However I'm not sure if there're birbs flying in TDU2 TDU3 better have all these animals and some!!!!!
Detailed navy ships and buildings : Hawaii in TDU2 is simply more detailed than TDU1 . We expect the same for the next TDU3 and a TDU game without Honolulu is a like a Fast and Furious movie but without manual gearbox cars ! :]
